Rainbow Crystal Magik endeavour to package and ship our orders safely and quickly. We send all our parcels by tracked postage with Australia Post.
Orders are generally packed and sent next working day, after payment for order is received.

If you have not received an email, then your item has not yet been shipped.
We have no control over how the parcel is treated during transit.

This insures a faster refund if your order becomes damaged or lost by Australia Post.
